June 2019 - Buying and Selling on Blocket

The entrepreneurial journey actually began when I decided to leave one of the first jobs I had as a restaurant assistant.

Instead, I started buying and selling, among other things, game consoles on Blocket throughout that summer.

December 2020 - 41,133 SEK in 7 days

E-commerce is where I begin my journey as an entrepreneur. I launch my third product during the post-Christmas sale in 2020 and, as an 18-year-old, manage to generate a turnover of 41,133 SEK in the last week of December.

On the final day, my ad account gets banned, but I work throughout the New Year to get my advertising up and running again as quickly as possible.

828,000 SEK in 2 months

The same product ends up with approximately 830,000 SEK in revenue, with a profit margin of around 30%.

At its peak, I generate around 62,000 SEK in sales in a single day at the end of January.

Since I am still a student at this point, dedicating time to my business means falling behind in school, so I take a break before continuing during the summer and the rest of the year.

Oct 2020 - Dec 2021 ≈ 3 million SEK

I end the first year of operations with a revenue of exactly 2,918,270.85 SEK through e-commerce.

During this time, I learned invaluable lessons about marketing and the psychology behind what drives someone to become interested in making a purchase.

In the winter, I start my first limited company and continue operating through it.

AO & RM Ecom AB

During the first six months (Jan-Jun), my partner Rafael and I ran an e-commerce company together.

In the first half of 2022, we reached our highest monthly revenue, generating 872,000 SEK in a single month.

Rafael decided to pursue his acting dream, so we zeroed out the taxes for the company and then transferred it to a recruitment agency.

I then continued on my own by establishing AO Sweden AB.

Paws N Tails AB (Failure)

It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows... Paws N' Tails was a brand for dog and cat owners, where we were a group of five founders who joined forces.

Despite having good momentum in marketing and revenue, things fell apart, largely due to supply chain issues.

The tenfold increase in air and container prices after Covid-19 meant that we generated around one million in revenue without any substantial profit to work with.

Through AO Sweden, I continued with e-commerce for a while, as well as coaching and other consulting assignments.

Now, with Astro System, I have a company where I can implement my experience through the systems and customer manufacturing strategies that we offer
